Support for .CAB Installer in WinCE image

To support .cab installer:

1. Open Catalog Items view (view->other windows->Catalog Items View).
2. Select "Core OS -> Applications - End User -> CAB File Installer/Uninstaller".
3. give Build-> clean sysgen.
